Returns Policy
General Information
These Servers4less.com ("Servers4Less", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Servers4Less.com website.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number and further instructions by contacting Servers4Less.com Customer Service through calling (877) 389-4645 or emailing sales@servers4less.com.
Although we strive to prepare and preserve products in the best condition possible, refurbished items may not always come with original manufacturer packaging, peripheral accessories, or manual.
Products Ineligible for Return
1. Products not purchased from Servers4Less.com are ineligible for returns
2. Products explicitly quoted with "No Returns / Cancellations" are ineligible for returns
3. Products without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
4. Products that are returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
5. Products from which the UPC code or bar code has been removed from its packaging
6. Products that exhibits physical damage
7. Products for which the mail-in rebate has already been submitted
Return Guidelines
The exchange and refunds policy is not limited to and can extent to other scenarios and circumstances; which may or may not be covered below. Each application for exchange/refunds is investigated and scrutinized to identify the error, authenticity of the claim and specifications ordered. In our experience the cases where exchange and refund issues arise may be due to one of the following reasons:
(a) I was shipped an incorrect item
You must inform us within 10 days of receipt of order and obtain RMA # for exchange or refund. However, some parts do not qualify for refund, and can only be exchanged. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to us via a shipper that provides tracking services such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. We must receive the product within 10 days of issuance of RMA number. Upon receipt of the product, if it is determined it is our fault we will refund you your full amount and reimburse your shipping. However, if Customer Error is determined, rule "(c) I ordered the wrong item" will apply.
(b) Product received is not working
You must inform us within 10 days of receipt of order and obtain RMA # for exchange or refund. However, some parts do not qualify for refund, and can only be exchanged. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to us via a shipper that provides tracking services such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. We must receive the product within 10 days of issuance of RMA number. Upon receipt of the product, if the product is DOA, we will refund you your full amount and reimburse your shipping. However, if Customer Error is determined, rule "(c) I ordered the wrong item" will apply.
(c) I ordered the wrong item
You must inform us within 10 days of receipt of order and obtain RMA # for exchange or refund. However, some parts do not qualify for refund, and can only be exchanged. It is your responsibility to shipping the product back to us via a shipper that provides tracking services such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. Shipping is expected at customer's expense. We must receive the product within 10 days of issuance of RMA number. Upon receipt of the product, 20% or minimum $50 restocking fee will apply. Restocking fees up to 40% may apply for special order items. Note that items explicitly quoted as "No Returns / Cancellations" are ineligible for return.
Refunds and Shipping Labels
Return shipping labels are issued upon request as an attempt to reduce waste and encourage a greener planet. Customer will be expected to pay for shipping product back to Servers4Less.com when free shipping is applied to your order. Please wait for a support team member qualify your return for a return label before sending the product back.
Please note that we do not refund beyond the amount charged and captured.
Please also note that shipping is non-refundable.
Exchange Guidelines
Exchanging Products
Our returns and exchange policy allows us to only replace an RMA item with an identical or equivalent replacement. Therefore, we do not exchange RMA items for different items. If your product warranty period has not yet expired, and the product you have is not working, you can enter a request for an exchange and we will be glad to help get a working product out to you.
How long does it take for my credit to appear on my credit card or debit card?
When we issue credit, it may take up to 7 business days for it to show on your banking records. For some credits it may take longer than 7 business days.

Canceling an Order
Orders can only be cancelled by contacting a team member by calling (877) 389-4645 or emailing sales@servers4less.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please follow our return guidelines to return a part upon arrival.
